The workshop organized by the Universitat de Barcelona (LMI) brings together professionals working within the field of adult literacy, from several countries, in order to improve their practical teaching and coaching skills.
This workshop is especially aimed at professionals from the non-formal educational system. Participants should have an interest in creative methods and techniques supporting literacy teaching, should be open to a common, intense, creative, intercultural and international learning experience in order to expand their methodological and pedagogical content knowledge in a practical manner. Participants must not only have extensive experience in media or literary fields, but should also be prepared to work on creative expression and to use innovative methods rather than traditional ones with their target group.
